A rare, fancy vivid, internally flawless blue 5.16 carat diamond has been sold for $6.4m (£4.2m) at an auction in Hong Kong. The gemstone, originally from the De Beers Millennium Collection, is one of 12 in a collection the diamond company says took decades to put together.
