Custom Made Blue Sapphire Diamond Halo Engagement Ring
She loves blue sapphire, naturally he would want to get her a blue sapphire engagement ring. Blue sapphires are popular nowadays as an engagement ring stone. I looked thru many stones and selected the final four for him with different price point, carat weight and color tones.
Guess which one he picked? We looked at the stones together, immediately he eliminated the second one on the right because it is just too dar. I know it but I wanted him to have the option to see bigger stone with good price. You can see the inclusion with naked eyes but sometime some people don’t care about it. After that he also took out the smallest one, it’s under 1.00ct and he thinks she would really want a bigger stone than that.
Okay, now down to final two! One on the far left 1.50ct and one on the far right 2.19ct. These two are similar in price although one is smaller than the other. We looked at them under jewelry lighting, and then we both looked at them in the sunlight. How these two look during the day (normal light) is very similar so he picked the bigger one instead (good choice).

He didn’t join this part of the jewelry making process which is to pick the diamonds we are going to use in the ring. Well, why do you hire me for if you have to pick them out yourselves? I picked the most sparkly diamonds to use in this ring. The bigger diamonds on the right of the sapphire are to used in the ring shank and the left side of diamonds are to be used around blue sapphire!
